Something not working, or a course missing? Email asamples302@gmail.com and you’ll get a reply from a person, usually within a day.

I’m not getting notifications

Open Alertsin the app. The banner at the top of that screen says exactly what state you’re in — whether iOS has granted permission, and separately whether your phone is registered with us. Those are two different things and either can be the problem.

If it says notifications are turned off, iOS only asks once, so the switch now lives in Settings › Notifications › Caddy. If it says your phone isn’t registered, close Caddy completely and reopen it — registration happens at launch. If it still says that after a relaunch, email us and include what the banner says.

A course near me is missing

We read availability straight from each course’s own booking system, and some of them can’t be read reliably yet — a few block us outright, and others change their setup without warning. A missing course is nearly always that rather than a decision.

Tell us which one and we’ll look. Course requests are the most useful email we get.

A tee time was gone when I tapped it

We refresh continuously, but we don’t hold or reserve anything — the slot is only yours once the course confirms it. Popular times can go in the seconds between our last check and your tap. That’s the honest limit of what an availability app can promise.

Does Caddy book the tee time for me?

No. Caddy finds the time and hands you to the course to book it. You pay the course directly, at their price, and we take no booking fee. We never see your card.

Reporting a review

Reviews are written by other golfers. If one is offensive, false, or not about the course, tap Reporton the review and tell us what’s wrong with it. Reports come straight to us and we read them within a day, removing anything that breaks the rules in our terms.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete my account. It happens immediately and takes your alerts, saved courses and registered phone with it. There’s nothing to email anybody about and no waiting period. See the privacy policy for exactly what is removed.

Still stuck

Email asamples302@gmail.com. Telling us your device, what you tapped and what happened instead gets you a useful answer on the first reply rather than the third.
