Caddy shows you tee time availability across public golf courses in the Charlotte area, in one place, and tells you when a time opens up at a course you’re watching. That’s it.

We are not a booking agent and we are not affiliated with any golf course. When you find a time you want, you book it directly with the course on their own site. No money changes hands with us.

This is the most important thing on this page, so we’ll be blunt about it. Caddy re-reads course booking systems on a schedule. Today and tomorrow refresh roughly every two and a half minutes; dates further out refresh less often. Between one read and the next, someone else can take a slot we’re showing you.

We re-check the specific time you pick at the moment you pick it, which catches most of that. But availability, prices, and course details can still be out of date or wrong, and the course’s own booking page is always the source of truth. Please confirm there before you drive anywhere.

Keep your login details to yourself, and don’t share your beta access with people we haven’t invited. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Don’t scrape or resell Caddy, don’t hammer it with automated traffic, and don’t try to break into parts of it that aren’t yours. We may suspend accounts that do, or that make the service worse for everyone else.

Caddy is free while it’s in beta. Features will appear, change, and sometimes disappear. We may need to pause the service or reset data. If we ever start charging, you’ll know well before it happens — we won’t quietly turn a free account into a paid one.

Caddy is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be available, accurate, or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Caddy — including a tee time that turned out to be taken. Some places don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as they legally can.

You can stop using Caddy whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend access if these terms are broken, or if we shut the service down.

We’ll update this page as Caddy changes and move the date at the top. Continuing to use it means the updated terms apply.
